The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-speed transmission.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 100/80-17 front tire and a 130/70-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. wave disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a monoshock. The TR125SM was fitted with a 1.98 Gallon (7.50 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 321.87 pounds (146.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 54.53 inches (1385 mm) long.
