The KTM 500 XC-W was a single cylinder, four-stroke Enduro motorcycle produced by KTM between 2006 and 2014.
Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 95.0mm bore x 72.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 510.4 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the dds multidisc clutch in oil bath / hydraulically activated.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 21/7-10 front tire and a 20/11-9 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. brake calipers on floating bearings in the front and a single disc. brake calipers on floating bearings in the rear. The front suspension was a wp suspension up side down 4860 mxma pa while the rear was equipped with a wp suspension pds 5018 dcc. The 500 XC-W was fitted with a 2.25 Gallon (8.50 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 244.71 pounds (111.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 58.35 inches (1482 mm) long.
2006 KTM 525 XC Desert Racing[edit | edit source]
The 2005 KTM XC Desert Racing is made in Austria. It has a 6 speed manual transmission and a carbureted single-cylinder engine. KTM 525 XC Desert Racing comes with handlebar mounted button. It features welcomed attack stance and bent posture from anywhere. When it comes to touch the throttle, it allows the vehicle to send the screaming in the engine.
