The engine was a Liquid cooled cooled Two stroke, single cylinder, disc valve.. The engine featured a 6.5:1 compression ratio.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 2.75-18 front tire and a 3.00-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single 232mm disc 1 piston caliper in the front and a 130 drum in the rear. The front suspension was a 30mm Leading telescopic while the rear was equipped with a Rising rate Uni-trek linkage 5-way preload.. The AR125 was fitted with a 11.5 Liters / 3.0 US gal fuel tank. The bike weighed just 107 kg / 235.8 lbs.

Kawasaki AR 125
Introduced in 1982, the Kawasaki AR125, was easily the fastest machine in its class at that time. The liquid cooled disc valve two stroke produced 22bhp @ 9500 rpm in its unrestricted form, allowing this 107kg six speed 125 sports machine to top 80mph!
