Kawasaki Ninja 300 30th Anniversery Special Edition

Kawasaki has been selling its iconic Ninja line of high-performance motorcycles for three decades now. So when the time came for celebrations, the Japanese brand introduced the 30th anniversary Ninja ZX-10R and the ZX-6R earlier this year. Now, there’s another special edition model in the form of the 30th anniversary Ninja 300.

This new special edition version also celebrates Kawasaki’s victory in the 2013 World Superbike Championship. The motorcycle, as a result, mimics the racy look of Tom Sykes’s championship winning factory machine – the Ninja ZX-10R.

The special edition 300 features black and grey decals, tank pad and red rim stripes as standard. Like the ZX-10R and the ZX-6R, the 300 also remains completely stock as far as the mechanical bits are concerned. The motorcycle gets the same 296cc, parallel-twin engine. Producing 39bhp of power and 27Nm of torque, this fuel injected engine is paired with a 6-speed transmission featuring a slipper clutch.
