Engine[edit | edit source]
The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 1.5mm bore x 41.7mm stroke result in a displacement of just 49.8 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 1-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet clutch.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 2.50-14 front tire and a 3.00-12 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a mechanical front fork while the rear was equipped with a hydraulic monoshock. The Recreational CX3 was fitted with a 0.66 Gallon (2.49 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 100.09 pounds (45.4 Kg). The wheelbase was 42.52 inches (1080 mm) long.
