Overview[edit | edit source]
MV Agusta Brutale 800 RR LH44 Edition
STYLED BY LEWIS HAMILTON
A new, exciting addition to the Brutale 800 RR exhilarating riding
sensations: the Brutale 800 RR LH44 was born from the collaboration
with Formula 1 champion Lewis Hamilton, a perfectionist like no
other, except perhaps ourselves here at MV Agusta.
PERFECTION IN EVERY DETAIL
Produced in a limited series of only 144 units, it features
Hamiltons number 44, which he ran victoriously on all the Formula
1 tracks.
THE CHAMPION'S TOUCH
The color scheme is inspired by the celebrated F4 LH44 and replicates its
black, red and white livery. The graphics enhance the typical aggressiveness of
the Brutale design, which is further elevated by Lewis Hamiltons logo and
racing number.
RACING DNA
Attention to detail contributes to its stunning performance: specific seat,
machined-from-billet controls, and high-tech carbon fibre components make the
Brutale 800 RR LH44 truly exclusive.
TOP OF THE BRUTALE RANGE
The technical platform is that of the 800 RR. Particular attention was paid to
materials and craftsmanship, an exclusive trait of this specific model. This
motorcycle features top electronics for maximum performance and safety.
ROARING PANTHER
The Euro 4 inline-three cylinder engine has undergone extensive technical
updating. This engines stands out for its compact dimensions, its light weight
and the particular design choices such as the counter-rotating crankshaft that
reduces inertia and provides better handling.
NEXT GENERATION ELECTRONICS
On the electronics front, the Brutale 800 RR LH44 features Ride by Wire throttle
and four riding modes (Normal, sport, Rain and custom maps), in addition to
8-level traction control and EAS 2.0 gearbox that also manages downshifting.
THE SAFEST RIDE
For MV Agusta, safety and performance go hand in hand: for this reason the
Brutale 800 RR LH44 has two-channel ABS 9 Plus, small and lightweight but packed
with useful features for a sport bike, such as RLM (Rear Wheel Lift-up
Mitigation), a system that controls the pressure applied on the front brake to
avoid involuntary rear wheel lift-up.
