The engine was a Water cooled cooled Single cylinder, two sroke. The engine featured a 15.5:1 compression ratio.
Drive[edit | edit source]
Power was moderated via the Wet, cable operated.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 3.00 x 21 in. front tire and a 4.10 x 18 in. rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Disc in the front and a Disc in the rear. The front suspension was a Hydraulic telescopic fork, Ø 42 mm while the rear was equipped with a Maico twin link with Öhlins shock. The GP250E was fitted with a 10.1 L / 2.7 US gal fuel tank. The wheelbase was 1480 mm / 58.3 in. long.
