The engine was a Air cooled cooled Four stroke, V twin, longitudinally mounted, OHV, 2 valve per cylinder. The engine featured a 9.2:1 compression ratio.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 3.50 H-18 front tire and a 4.10 H-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 2x 300mm discs in the front and a Single 242mm disc in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic forks while the rear was equipped with a Dual Koni shocks 5-way preload. The California 850 T3 Polizia was fitted with a 24 Liters / 6.3 US gal fuel tank. The bike weighed just 225 kg / 494 lbs.
