The Motobi Tornado 650 was a twin, four-stroke standard produced by Motobi in 1971. It could reach a top speed of 109 mph (175 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 43.99 HP (32.8 KW) @ 6500 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled twin, four-stroke. A 84.0mm bore x 58.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 643.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead valves (ohv).
