The MuZ TS 250-1 (with sidecar) was a single cylinder, two-stroke standard produced by MuZ between 1973 and 1980. It could reach a top speed of 62 mph (100 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 16.63 HP (12.4 KW) @ 5400 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 69.0mm bore x 65.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 243.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a port control.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5-speed transmission.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 3.00-18 front tire and a 3.50-16 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via expanding brake in the front and a expanding brake in the rear. The TS 250-1 (with sidecar) was fitted with a 4.62 Gallon (17.50 Liters) fuel tank.
