Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a Manual Shift 5-Speed with Reverse transmission. Power was moderated via the Hydraulic Manual Clutch.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 21 x 6-10; Maxxis RAZR MX front tire and a 18 x 9-10; Maxxis RAZR MX rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Dual Hydraulic Disc with dual piston calipers in the front and a Hydraulic Disc in the rear. The front suspension was a Dual A-arm with 10 in travel while the rear was equipped with a Mono-Shock Swingarm with 10 in. (25.4 cm) Travel. The Outlaw 450 MXR was fitted with a 3.0 Gallon (11.36 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 358.91 pounds (162.8 Kg). The wheelbase was 50.51 inches (1283 mm) long.

The 2008 Polaris Outlaw 450 MXR is a fast quad engineered for hard motocross racing. Powered by a premium, race-specced KTM engine, this ATV is not a machine for the inexperienced or the faint of heart: the 2008 Polaris Outlaw 450 MXR is loaded with premium parts and is thus capable to deliver surprising performance in the hands of the right rider, regardless of the terrain under its wheels.
Top-drawer suspensions, Maxxis RAZR MZ tires created for racing conditions, a hevy-duty clutch for the manual 5-speed gearbox and a premium 39mm Keihin carburetor make the 2008 Polaris Outlaw 450 MXR a truly beastly machine for the connoisseurs. And with RWD, this quad is also a nifty machine for drifting in the dirt, allowing experienced riders to ride aggressively in the tightest corners, dirt track or forest trails as it may be.
