The Scorpa SR280 was a single cylinder, two-stroke standard produced by Scorpa between 2011 and 2012.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 76.0mm bore x 60.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 272.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multidisk.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 1.60-21 front tire and a 2.15-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. floating wave disk with ajp 4-piston calipers in the front and a single disc. floating wave disk with ajp 2-piston calipers in the rear. The front suspension was a marzocchi 40 mm hydraulic fork, adjustable compression and rebond damping while the rear was equipped with a sachs adjustable hydraulic monoshock. The SR280 was fitted with a 0.69 Gallon (2.60 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 154.32 pounds (70.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 52.95 inches (1345 mm) long.
