The Sherco 290 X-RIDE was a Single cylinder, two stroke, liquid-cooled Enduro motorcycle produced by Sherco in 2013.

Engine[edit | edit source]

A 76.2mm bore x 76.2mm stroke result in a displacement of just 272.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a Gears transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multidisc, with hydraulic command.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 1.60x21 front tire and a 2.15x18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Hydraulic, floating mounting 260mm disc in the front and a Hydraulic, floating mounting 220mm disc in the rear. The front suspension was a Marzocchi 40 mm hydraulic fork while the rear was equipped with a Sachs adjustable hydraulic single damper. The wheelbase was 55.31 inches (1405 mm) long.
