The Sherco 450 SEF-R Six Days was a single cylinder, four-stroke Enduro motorcycle produced by Sherco between 2009 and 2017.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 95.0mm bore x 63.4mm stroke result in a displacement of just 449.4 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the hydraulic, multidisc in oil bath.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 1.60-21 front tire and a 2.15-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a wp hydraulic telescopic adjustable compression and rebound 48 mm diameter while the rear was equipped with a wp progressive, multiadjustable rear shock utilizing a linkage and rod system 330 mm (. The 450 SEF-R Six Days was fitted with a 2.56 Gallon (9.70 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 240.3 pounds (109.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 58.66 inches (1490 mm) long.

2015 Sherco 450 SEF-R[edit | edit source]

Introduced into the Sherco lineup in 2015, the 450 is the latest in a line of enduro machines specifically designed for enduro riders. The semi-perimeter frame, as is the case throughout the range, is a welded configuration made from chrome molybdenum steel.
