The Sherco SE510i Racing was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Sherco between 2009 and 2013.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 95.0mm bore x 72.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 510.4 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the hydraulic, multidisc in oil bath.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 1.60-21 front tire and a 2.15-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. hydraulically activated ajp in the front and a single disc. hydraulically activated ajp in the rear. The front suspension was a sachs ´gold´ telescopic fork, ø 48 mm tubes rebound and compression adjustable while the rear was equipped with a sachs ´or´ progressive, multiadjustable rear shock utilizing a linkage and rod system. The SE510i Racing was fitted with a 2.25 Gallon (8.50 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 240.3 pounds (109.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 58.46 inches (1485 mm) long.
