The CA95 Benly Touring 150 (late model) was sold from 1963-1966. It also came in one of four colors: Black, Scarlet Red, Blue, or White. The fuel tank had a larger rubber pad and smaller chrome panel than the early model. It also had a longer rear fender brace with an added rectangular plate. The headlight was also larger and the mufflers were round not flat. This model also came with whitewall tires. The engine was an OHC parallel twin displacing 154cc with a single carburetor and the engine was linked to a 4-speed transmission. The serial number began CA95-3106641.
