The engine was a Air cooled cooled Four stroke, single cylinder, OHC. The engine featured a 10.0:1 compression ratio.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 80/100-21 front tire and a 110/90-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single disc in the front and a Single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a USD fork while the rear was equipped with a Mono shock. The DR250SH was fitted with a 9 Liters / 2.4 US gal / 2.0 Imp gal fuel tank. The bike weighed just 118 kg / 260 lbs.
