The engine was a Air cooled cooled Four stroke, single cylinder, SOHC, 4 valves, TSCC. The engine featured a 8.9:1 compression ratio.

Power was moderated via the Wet, multi-plate.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 3.00-21 front tire and a 4.60-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Drum, 150 mm, expanding in the front and a Drum, 150 mm, expanding in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic Showa 36mm, oil damped while the rear was equipped with a Swinging arm , adjustable spring preload, gas/oil damped, adjustable compression damping.
