The engine was a Air cooled cooled Four stroke, single cylinder, SOHC, 2 valves. The engine featured a 9.0:1 compression ratio.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 110/90-16 59P or 59S front tire and a 130/90-15 66P or 66S rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single 275mm disc in the front and a 130mm Drum in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic forks, oil damping while the rear was equipped with a Swingarm, dual shocks, coil springs , 5-way adjustable damping. The GZ250 Marauder was fitted with a 13 Liters / 3.4 US gal / 2.9 Imp gal fuel tank. The bike weighed just 137 kg / 302 lbs. The wheelbase was 1450 mm / 57.1 in long.
