The Tomos Luxe EX25 was a single cylinder, two-stroke standard produced by Tomos in 2016. It could reach a top speed of 16 mph (25 km/h).

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 38.0mm bore x 43.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 49.0 cubic centimeters.
