The engine was a air cooled twin, four-stroke. A 69.0mm bore x 65.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 490.0 cubic centimeters.

Stopping was achieved via expanding brake (drum brake) in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a two schock. The bike weighed just 337.31 pounds (153.0 Kg).
