The Vespa ET450 was a single cylinder, four-stroke scooter produced by Vespa between 2000 and 2005. Claimed horsepower was 3.35 HP (2.5 KW) @ 6500 RPM.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 39.0mm bore x 41.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 49.9 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a automatic transmission. Power was moderated via the automatic dry centrifugal.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 100/80-10 front tire and a 120/70-10 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a oscillating arm with helicoidal spring and dual effect hydraulic single shock absorber while the rear was equipped with a helicoidal spring and dual effect hydraulic single shock absorber. The ET450 was fitted with a 2.38 Gallon (9.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 211.64 pounds (96.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 50.39 inches (1280 mm) long.
