Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 110 / 70-11in front tire and a 120 / 70-10in rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 200 mm disc in the front and a 110 mm drum in the rear. The front suspension was a single arm link with coil spring and double acting hydraulic shock absorber while the rear was equipped with a coil spring and double acting hydraulic shock absorber. As its bigger, 150 sibling, the 2012 MY Vespa S 125 Sport has been embellished with a number of features that give it a more modern, aggressive look, without affecting the trademark Italian design and craftsmanship. It sports an air-cooled, four-stroke, 125 cc single cylinder engine mated to a continuous variable transmission. "Sport" decals and badges can be found on this machine, as well as special, race-inspired graphics, as well as a red-finished spring in the front suspension, which make this machine stand out in any crowd.
