The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 57.5mm bore x 57.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 150.0 cubic centimeters.

The bike has a automatic transmission.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70-12 front tire and a 120/70-12 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a swing arm. The Monte Carlo was fitted with a 1.37 Gallon (5.20 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 50.0 inches (1270 mm) long.
