The Yamaha DT 125MX was a Single cylinder, two stroke, air-cooled Enduro motorcycle produced by Yamaha in 1981. Claimed horsepower was 13.95 HP (10.4 KW) @ 6500 RPM.

A 55.9mm bore x 55.9mm stroke result in a displacement of just 123.0 cubic centimeters.

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 6-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-plate.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 2.75-21-4PR front tire and a 3.50-18-4PR rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Drum in the front and a Drum in the rear. The front suspension was a Light spring hydraulic dampers while the rear was equipped with a Light spring hydraulic dampers. The wheelbase was 53.11 inches (1349 mm) long.
