The Yamaha LB 3 bop80 was a single cylinder, two-stroke standard produced by Yamaha between 1978 and 1979. It could reach a top speed of 40 mph (65 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 4.83 HP (3.6 KW) @ 6700 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 47.0mm bore x 42.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 73.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a membrane.

The bike has a 3-speed transmission.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 4.00-10 front tire and a 4.00-10 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via expanding brake in the front and a expanding brake in the rear. The LB 3 bop80 was fitted with a 0.92 Gallon (3.50 Liters) fuel tank.
