The Yamaha RD125LC was a single cylinder, two-stroke Classic motorcycle produced by Yamaha between 1973 and 1983. It could reach a top speed of 78 mph (126 km/h). Claimed horsepower was 16.63 HP (12.4 KW) @ 9000 RPM.

Welcome to low compression and the permanent 90 Km (55 mph) limit. The engine reaches its initial peak at 6000 rpm, then trails along a plateau until 7000 rpm.

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 56.0mm bore x 50.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 123.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a membrane.

The bike has a 6-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet plate.

It came with a 2.75-18 front tire and a 3.25-18 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a expanding brake in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic forks while the rear was equipped with a Dual rear shock preload adjustable. The RD125LC was fitted with a 3.43 Gallon (13.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 49.02 inches (1245 mm) long.

The Yamaha RD125 is a motorcycle produced by Yamaha from 1975 to 1981.
