The Yamaha YXZ-1000R was a Liquid-cooled DOHC inline three-cylinder, 12 valves ATV produced by Yamaha in 2016.

A 78.7mm bore x 78.7mm stroke result in a displacement of just 998.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 5-Speed manual transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multiplate.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 27 x 9.00R-14 front tire and a 27 x 11.00R-14 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Dual hydraulic disc in the front and a Dual hydraulic disc in the rear. The front suspension was a Independent double wishbone w/anti-sway bar, fully adjustable FOX 2.5 Podium RC2 Shocks, 16.2-in travel while the rear was equipped with a Independent double wishbone w/anti-sway bar, fully adjustable FOX 2.5 Podium RC2 Shocks, 17.0-in travel. The YXZ-1000R was fitted with a 2.38 Gallon (9.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 90.59 inches (2301 mm) long.
2016 Yamaha YXZ-1000R[edit | edit source]
The YXZ-1000R cab features plush cut-and-sew high-back seats with extra lateral support and outside shoulder bolsters, and the cockpit is built to provide a balanced combination of secure confidence with comfort. The floorboards are shaped to provide generous legroom while still giving a planted feel during aggressive driving, too. The driver’s seat is adjustable across 3.5 inches, and the steering wheel is tilt adjustable 5.8 inches to ensure a perfect fit.
