The MV Agusta F4 1000 R Bonneville Special Edition was a liquid cooled, four stroke, transverse four cylinder, DOHC, 4 valves per cylinder Sport Bike motorcycle produced by MV Agusta in 2007. Max torque was 81.87 ft/lbs (111.0 Nm) @ 10000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 174.06 HP (129.8 KW) @ 13000 RPM.

A 75.9mm bore x 75.9mm stroke result in a displacement of just 998.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a gears transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multi-disc, manual.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70 ZR17 front tire and a 180/55 ZR17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 2x310mm discs 4 piston calipers in the front and a Single 210mm disc 4 piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 50mm Upside-down telescopic hydraulic fork with rebound compression damping and spring preload adjustment while the rear was equipped with a Progressive, single shock absorber with rebound and compression High speed / Low speed damping and spring preload hydraulic control.
2007 MV Agusta F4 1000 R Bonneville Special Edition[edit | edit source]
The 2007 MY MV Augusta F4 1000 R Bonneville Special Edition has been released to celebrate the world record of "World's Fastest 1000cc Production Motorcycle" achieved at the 58th Annual Bonneville National Speedweek land speed trials (August 12-18, 2006). It is basically a base F4 1000 R with a special paint scheme and a Bonneville sticker. It has been produced in a limited number of units.
In the tech/engine department, it sports a liquid-cooled, four-stroke, 998cc, transverse four cylinder engine and cand produce 174 horsepower and 111 Nm of torque, and with this engine it has achieved the impressive speed of 187.726 MPH (302.116 KPH).
