The Sommer Hatz 1B50 Diesel was a diesel standard produced by Sommer between 2018 and 2019. It could reach a top speed of 62 mph (100 km/h). Max torque was 20.28 ft/lbs (27.5 Nm) @ 2000 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 11.8 HP (8.8 KW) @ 3500 RPM.

The engine was a air cooled diesel. A 93.0mm bore x 76.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 516.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 4-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the 5-plate in oil bath.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 3.25-19 front tire and a 3.50-19 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc. optional drum brake in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopi fork while the rear was equipped with a swing arm. The Hatz 1B50 Diesel was fitted with a 3.57 Gallon (13.50 Liters) fuel tank.
