The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 4-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet multiplate.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 70/90-14 front tire and a 80/90-14 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via expanding brake (drum brake) in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The GS50 was fitted with a 2.11 Gallon (8.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 152.12 pounds (69.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 46.65 inches (1185 mm) long.
