The Kawasaki NINJA ZX-10R SE was a Four stroke, four cylinder, liquid cooled Sport Bike motorcycle produced by Kawasaki in 2018. Max torque was 84.82 ft/lbs (115.0 Nm) @ 11500 RPM.

A 76.2mm bore x 76.2mm stroke result in a displacement of just 998.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 6-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multiplate.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 120/70ZR17 front tire and a 190/55ZR17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Intelligent Braking (KIBS), Brembo dual semi-floating 330mm discs with dual radial mounted monobloc 4-piston calipers in the front and a KIBS-controlled, single 220 mm disc with aluminum single-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a 43 mm inverted Balance Free Fork, KECS controlled compression and rebound damping, manual spring preload adjustability while the rear was equipped with a Horizontal back-link with Balance Free gas-charged shock, controlled compression and rebound damping, manually adjustable spring preload. The wheelbase was 56.69 inches (1440 mm) long.
2018 Kawasaki NINJA ZX-10R SE[edit | edit source]
The ZX-10R jumps to the next step of technology for 2018, with electronically adjustable suspension and forged wheels as the marquee upgrades, for what Kawi is calling the Special Edition. The ZX-10R SE also borrows some ZX-10RR bits as well, like the forged Marchesini wheels and bidirectional quickshifter (which, incidentally, isn’t designed to work below 2,500rpm).
