1999 Ducati 900 Monster

Miguel Angel Galluzzi (Buenos Aires, 1959) is an industrial designer famous for creating the Ducati Monster.[1][2] He is credited with popularizing the naked streetfighter style of motorcycle with the creation of the Monster in 1993, as well as saving Ducati by delivering a much-needed sales success.

Galluzzi attended the Art Center College of Design in Pasadena. Upon graduation, Galluzzi worked at Opel in Russelscheim for two years. From there, he went to Honda R&D in Offenbach and in Milan. Then he stayed with Cagiva for the next 17 years, where the 1992 Ducati Monster, the 1996 Cagiva Planet and the 1999 Cagiva Raptor/V-Raptor were among his many accomplishments. He is currently working for Aprilia.[3]
