At its heart lies the same air-cooled, four-stroke, 1064cc, V-twin powerplant paired to a six-speed manual transmission, found on the base model, which can produce 90 horsepower and 95 Nm of torque. Unlike its standard sibling, this limited edition comes with a special Rosso Mandello red paint scheme, which has been especially developed for this model.

For the collectors among Moto Guzzi fans, the House of Mandello del Lario has designed the limited edition, 2002 MY Moto Guzzi V 11 Sport Rosso Mandello, which features a special red paint scheme and a number of carbon fiber parts that increase performance and help reduce the bikes overall weight. In all other departments, it has the same parts as a base V 11 Sport.
