The Yamaha SRX 600 was a Single cylinder, four-stroke, air-cooled Naked motorcycle produced by Yamaha between 1985 and 1991. Max torque was 28.03 ft/lbs (38.0 Nm) @ 5500 RPM. Claimed horsepower was 45.06 HP (33.6 KW) @ 6560 RPM.

A 96.5mm bore x 96.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 608.0 cubic centimeters.

The bike has a 5-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Wet multi-plate.

It came with a 110/70-17 front tire and a 150/60-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Double discs 267 mm in the front and a Single disc 240 mm in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic forks while the rear was equipped with a Dual Kayaba shocks. The SRX 600 was fitted with a 1.06 Gallon (4.00 Liters) fuel tank.
