The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, two-stroke. A 95.0mm bore x 87.0mm stroke result in a displacement of just 616.0 cubic centimeters.

The bike has a 5-speed transmission.

Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The 620 Intimidator was fitted with a 2.5 Gallon (9.46 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 238.1 pounds (108.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 58.5 inches (1486 mm) long.
