It came with a Avon Cobra 130mm front tire and a Avon Cobra 280mm rear tire. Stopping was achieved via P.M. 4-piston caliper in the front and a BBC-P.M. 4-piston caliper in the rear. The front suspension was a BBC smooth mount hidden axles while the rear was equipped with a progressive suspension. The wheelbase was 87.99 inches (2235 mm) long.

The Paradox X-Wedge from Big Bear Choppers has one of the most modern big-bore V-twin engine available on the market, a 1917cc, BBC-S&S 117 SMOOTH EFI X-Wedge powerhouse, paired to a six-speed manual transmission, that produces 97 horsepower and 153 Nm of torque at the crankshaft. In addition, it features a S&S Closed-Loop Electronic Fuel Injection system that ensures optimum power delivery, and it also conforms with EPA standards, which will appeal to riders who want to better protect the environment.

Standard features include a composite downtube shroud, a patented fuel tank which flows into the shroud, an exclusive swingarm with an stylistic cover to hide the axle block, as well as lots of chrome. In addition, by customer request, the BBC offers a variety of wheel designs, an optional BDL open belt drive, or chrome on the wheels and brake calipers.
