The engine was a Air cooled cooled 56°Fuel injected V-twin, single side draft intake with 58 mm throttle bodies.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 120/70 ZR18 Metzeler ME 880 Marathon front tire and a 240/40 VR18 Metzeler ME 880 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Dual Beringer 4-piston machined monobloc Aerotec radial calipers in the front and a Single Beringer 4-piston machined monobloc Aerotec radial calipers, cross drilled Brembo Stainless Steel rotor in the rear. The front suspension was a 48 mm WP custom fork, adjustable rebound and compression while the rear was equipped with a Custom centre-mounted race tech coil-over-shock, adjustable rebound and compression. The X132 Hellcat Speedster was fitted with a 11.4 L / 3 US gal fuel tank. The wheelbase was 1613 mm . 63.5 in. long.

Confederate X132 Hellcat Speedster







The Confederate X132 Hellcat Speedster is the latest motorcycle to come from the American company, a design and engineering evolution of the brilliant X132 Hellcat, which was released in 2012. It is also the first Confederate motorcycle penned by Pierre Terblanche, the acclaimed former Ducati Design Director who now heads styling at Confederate. Constructed using carbon-fibre and aircraft-grade billet aluminum, the Speedster is your typical Confederate with its industrial design and almost hotrod-ish persona. It is propelled by a 2,163cc fuel-injected V-Twin engine that belts out a strong 121hp and 190Nm of torque, sent to the rear wheels via a 5-speed drag racing transmission. The 18″ Metzeler ME880 Marathon tires are sized 120/70 at the front and 240/40 at the back, aided by a custom WP 48mm fork and custom centre-mounted RaceTech coilover shock respectively. Stopping is via dual and single Beringer radial callipers front and back, along with floating ductile iron rotors at the front and cross-drilled Brembo stainless steel rotors at the rear. Other goodies include an LED headlight and taillight, analogue Motogadget tachometer, digital speedo and readouts, solo leather seat, and more
