The engine was a air cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 50.0mm bore x 49.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 97.2 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead cams (ohc).
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 4-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the multi-plate wet type.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
Stopping was achieved via expanding brake (drum brake). optional disk brake in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear. The front suspension was a telescopic hydraulic shock absorber while the rear was equipped with a swing arm with 5 step adjustable hydraulic damper.. The Hero Splendor+ DELETE was fitted with a 2.77 Gallon (10.50 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 48.43 inches (1230 mm) long.
