The Kawasaki VN2000 (VN2000-A1) was a v2, four-stroke standard produced by Kawasaki in 2004. It could reach a top speed of 124 mph (200 km/h).

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled v2, four-stroke. A 103.0mm bore x 123.2mm stroke result in a displacement of just 2053.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a overhead valves (ohv).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5-speed transmission.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 150/80-r16 m/c (71v) front tire and a 200/60-r16 m/c (79v) rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 49 mm telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a swingarm with mono-shock (non-link type). The VN2000 (VN2000-A1) was fitted with a 5.55 Gallon (21.00 Liters) fuel tank.
