The Kawasaki Vulcan VN700-A1 was a v2, four-stroke standard produced by Kawasaki in 1985.

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled v2, four-stroke. A 82.0mm bore x 66.2mm stroke result in a displacement of just 699.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a double overhead cams/twin cam (dohc).

Drive[edit | edit source]

The bike has a 5-speed transmission. Power was moderated via the wet plate.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 100/90-19h front tire and a 150/90-15 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via double disc in the front and a expanding brake (drum brake) in the rear.
