Overview[edit | edit source]

Kawasaki Z 400 Delux

A middleweight is the right size for you. An economical, easy-handling motorcycle with enough power to move you in and out of traffic on the highways. But if you really stay close to your machine, it has to be a practical bike. If you ride it to work every day, or head elsewhere with it on weekends, you need weather protection and carrying capacity. What to do? You could buy a bike, spend a small fortune for accessories, and then spend a fortune to get them painted. Afterwards you could hope that the fiberglass wouldn't crack and the chrome wouldn't peel. There's an easier way. The KZ400 Deluxe. This bike comes with the factory-designed accessories you need: a fairing with windshield; saddlebags; a luggage rack; and heavy-duty shocks. Lookin' good. The bike, the fairing, and the saddlebags are painted in a custom candy-copper. The saddle has a brown Naugahyde cover. It's all there—everything you need to travel deluxe. You save hundreds of dollars—not to mention aggravation. KZ400 Deluxe—the only factory-equipped middleweight street-bike available.
