The engine was a Air cooled, cooled Four stroke, transverse four cylinder, DOHC, 2 valve per cylinder.. The engine featured a 8.5:1 compression ratio.
Drive[edit | edit source]
Power was moderated via the Wet, multi-plate.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 3.25H-19 front tire and a 4.00S-16 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single 296mm disc 2 piston caliper in the front and a Single 277mm disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 36mm Telescopic forks while the rear was equipped with a Dual shock, 5-way preload adjustment. The Z 900LTD was fitted with a 18 Liters / 4.7 gal fuel tank. The bike weighed just 230 kg / 507 lbs.

numbers for the disconcerting motorcyclist. An abundance of chrome and bolt on
goodies made this Kawasaki a 'RICE BURNER WITH ATTITUDE'. The rear wheel was a
fat sixteen-inch item.
