The engine was a Air cooled cooled Four stroke, single cylinder, pushrod, 2 valve. The engine featured a 7.2:1 compression ratio.
Drive[edit | edit source]
Power was moderated via the Wet multiple plate clutch.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 3.00-19 front tire and a 3.25-19 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 200mm Drum in the front and a 200mm Drum in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic hydraulic fork while the rear was equipped with a Swingarm with hydraulic shocks. The 300 Turismo Raid was fitted with a 17 Liters / 4.5 US gal fuel tank. The wheelbase was 1340 mm / 52.7 in long.

MV Agusta 300 Turismo Raid
The 300 is an evolution of the Raid 250. The gas tank, fenders and exhaust were different. The engine was only slightlymorepowerful. It did not have great sales suc-cess and was therefore produced in very smallnumbers. Special versions were prepared for law enforcement and the armed forces. Source
