The Polaris Ranger XP 900 was a 4-Stroke Twin Cylinder, Liquid-cooled ATV produced by Polaris in 2013.

The bike has a Automatic PVT H/L/N/R/P transmission. Power was moderated via the Automatic.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 25 x 10-12 front tire and a 25 x 11-12 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Hydraulic Disc with Dual-Bore Front Calipers in the front and a Hydraulic disc in the rear. The front suspension was a Dual A-Arm 10-inch travel while the rear was equipped with a Dual A-Arm, IRS 10-inch travel. The Ranger XP 900 was fitted with a 2.64 Gallon (10.00 Liters) fuel tank. The wheelbase was 80.98 inches (2057 mm) long.

The 2012 Polaris Ranger XP 900 is nothing short of SxS excellence: the new series boasts upgraded engine, a new drivetrain and a new frame with longer wheelbase. With the 60 HP engine mounted just underneath the loading bed and in a centralize position, this quad is even more stable than it was before, adding to maneuverability and riding confidence.

This SxS comes with two ignition keys: the black one maximizes engine performance, while the yellow one limits the speed to 25 mph offering better fuel economy and safer operation with inexperienced riders. The transmission is automatic and offers the proprietary VersaTrac Turf Mode and true AWD/2WD for tight situations.

With innumerable accessories available, the 2012 Polaris Ranger XP 900 can be easily transformed into anything, from an extreme off-road fun machine into a most trustworthy work tool.
