It came with a 26 x 8-14; Maxxis front tire and a 26 x 10-14; Maxxis rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Single Lever 4-Wheel Hydraulic Disc in the front and a Hydraulic Rear Foot Brake in the rear. The front suspension was a Dual A-Arm 9-inch (22.9 cm) Travel while the rear was equipped with a Dual A-Arm, Rolled 10.25-inch (26 cm) Travel. The wheelbase was 57.01 inches (1448 mm) long.

The 2010 Polaris Sportsman Touring 850 EPS brings nifty features to the world of two-up off-road riding: an exclusive Graphite paint scheme which will make heads turn, black cast and machined aluminum rims, a heavy-duty winch, a storage box for even more convenience, hand and thumb warmers for the the rider and hand warmers for the passenger.
On-demand AWD automatic transmission, engine braking and active descent control are a great match for the top-drawer suspension and sporty design, while the high clearance allows safe, easier passage over difficult obstacles.
