The Velocette L.E. Mk II was a Four-stroke, flat twin Naked motorcycle produced by Velocette in 1951. Claimed horsepower was 8.05 HP (6.0 KW) @ 5000 RPM.

A 50.8mm bore x 50.8mm stroke result in a displacement of just 192.0 cubic centimeters.
Drive[edit | edit source]
The bike has a 3-Speed transmission. Power was moderated via the Dry, three-plate.
Chassis[edit | edit source]
It came with a 3.00 x 19" front tire and a 3.00 x 19" rear tire. Stopping was achieved via 5 x 0.75 in diameter offset drum (from 1954 width increased to 1") in the front and a 5 x 0.75 in diameter offset drum (from 1953 width increased to 1") in the rear. The front suspension was a Telescopic fork while the rear was equipped with a Dual coil springs and spring loaded seat. The wheelbase was 51.18 inches (1300 mm) long.
1951 - 1960 Velocette L.E. Mk II[edit | edit source]
In 1951, Velocette introduced the Mk.II, which at first glance looked no different from the Mk.I. The engine had been bored out to 192cc, achieving a power output of 8HP.
