The Vertemati S501 Motard was a single cylinder, four-stroke standard produced by Vertemati between 2001 and 2004. It could reach a top speed of 106 mph (170 km/h).

Engine[edit | edit source]

The engine was a liquid cooled single cylinder, four-stroke. A 92.0mm bore x 75.5mm stroke result in a displacement of just 501.0 cubic centimeters. Fuel was supplied via a single overhead cams (sohc).

The bike has a 6-speed transmission.

Chassis[edit | edit source]

It came with a 120/70-17 front tire and a 160/60-17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via single disc in the front and a single disc in the rear. The front suspension was a wp 48 upside down while the rear was equipped with a wp pds. The S501 Motard was fitted with a 2.64 Gallon (10.00 Liters) fuel tank. The bike weighed just 264.55 pounds (120.0 Kg). The wheelbase was 57.09 inches (1450 mm) long.
