The 1986 MY Gilera RC 250 Rally has, at its heart, a liquid-cooled, two-stroke, 249cc, single cylinder powerplant that was paired to a five-speed manual transmission with a chain final drive, and can reach a maximum power output of 38 horsepower and 31 Nm of torque.

Also, it comes with features such as a race-inspired livery, a single seat, a rear luggage rack, laced wheels with off-road tires mounted on them, analogue instrumentation dials, wide handlebars, an under-seat exhaust system, a steel frame and a nose-fairing.
