It came with a 120/70-ZR17 front tire and a 180/55-ZR17 rear tire. Stopping was achieved via Dual full-floating 310 mm discs with four-piston calipers in the front and a Single 256 mm disc in the rear. The front suspension was a 43mm with spring-preload adjustability; 4.3 inches travel while the rear was equipped with a Pro Arm single-side swingarm with Pro-Link single spring-preload and rebound damping adjustability; 4.7 inches travel. The wheelbase was 57.4 inches (1458 mm) long.
2014 Honda VFR800F Interceptor[edit | edit source]
The 20013 VFR800F retains the amazing character of the older models, its acclaimed VTEC engine and all the sporty mojo of the Interceptor, but packs everything together with modern technologies for a more exhilarating riding experience. The VFR800F Interceptor keeps the VTEC, the Pro-Arm rear section and the ABS, while adding traction control, LED headlights, self-canceling turn signals and even an optional shift assist system.
The transmission has been smoothed out for a more linear transition between the two modes of the VTEC, while the adjustable seat and the heated grips became standard, as well. So you've got the glorious old VFR800, but in a much better trim!
